General delivery information

Orders to UK mainland addresses are despatched using one of two services; next working day or 2-3 working day. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, so are excluded from the delivery time-scale.

The cut-off time to place an order for despatch that day is 4pm, any orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the following day. Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on the following Monday (bank holidays excepted), so next-day orders placed after 4pm on Friday should be delivered on the Tuesday, and 2-3 day orders on the Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.

Our couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm. We are generally unable to give a more exact time slot for deliveries, as delivery time is dependent on a number of factors, such as where your address lies on the drivers route, how busy the driver is that day, etc. Timed deliveries are available on some items at extra cost (see separate section for more information). Any delivery instructions provided by you are relayed to the drivers, so if you do leave the house on the day your delivery is due, please check to see if items have been left as per your request.

As a final note, please be aware that while the vast majority of deliveries take place with no issues, occasionally problems occur that are outside our control, such as vans breaking down, delays due to traffic, inclement weather, etc. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee that deliveries will take place within their suggested time slot. We would advise that if you intend to use your items within a few days of ordering, you select next-day delivery to allow for any (thankfully, rare) unforeseen problems - and give you plenty of time for installation.
